Consistency is all about building trust. We’ve talked about the “like, know, and trust” factor that is important to build with your audience. Consistency, in things like scheduling and content quality, goes a long way to building that element of trust with the people who are giving their time to watch your shows.

Vincenzo Landino helps brands of all sizes with his company Aftermarq, and he joined us to talk about achieving consistency and what that can do for a brand.

Just show up

When you start a show, the MOST IMPORTANT THING is to be consistent with when and where people can find your show. You as a content producer need to build a habit of watching in your audience. That’s why it’s so vital that you set a schedule you can stick to, whether it’s monthly or weekly (we really don’t advise trying to start at daily). Don’t take shows off if you can possibly avoid it because each time you do, you’re setting yourself back. You will absolutely lose viewers you’ve gained if you aren’t sticking to a schedule. Just showing up will get your audience to do the same.
