The importance of “playing” with your LIVE Show

Your first pass at how you want your show to look and feel will rarely be your final version. Asking your audience for feedback is a great way to get ideas for things to tweak from the people whose opinions mean the most.

Petra’s Music Condo

Petra Verbruggen, a Live Streaming Pros Master Class student, created a set for her show, Petra’s Music Condo, but after an informal test from the corner of her condo, she decided to totally change her set. She felt more comfortable, her audience liked it better, and the look and feel really said “condo” – making the name fit!

Don’t fear experimenting!

The moral is to just start with whatever you have right now, and develop and redesign as you go along. We’re always reworking things around here, based on what works best at any given time. There is no final destination in this business, just make sure you start the journey, and don’t be afraid to make lots of experimental detours along the way!
