LEDA Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the LEDA Challenge, operated by Luria Petrucci with Live Streaming Pros. By registering for and participating in the LEDA Challenge, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Participation Agreement
By joining the LEDA Challenge, you agree to participate respectfully, professionally, and in alignment with the values of the LEDA community.
Participants are expected to:
- Treat all members, coaches, moderators, and staff with respect
- Contribute positively to the community environment
- Follow all posted community guidelines and instructions
- Use the Challenge for its intended educational and business-development purposes
Community Standards & Prohibited Conduct
LEDA maintains a zero-tolerance policy for behavior that disrupts the integrity or safety of the community.
The following behavior is strictly prohibited:
- Hate speech or discriminatory language
- Harassment, bullying, intimidation, or personal attacks
- Disrespectful, abusive, or threatening behavior
- Spam or excessive self-promotion
- Unauthorized advertising, solicitation, or promotion of outside products/services
- Sharing harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Disruptive conduct that negatively impacts the experience of other participants
We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, what constitutes inappropriate behavior or a violation of these standards.
Removal From the Challenge
LEDA reserves the right to remove any participant from the Challenge or associated community spaces at any time for violating these Terms & Conditions or community guidelines.
Removal may include:
- Revocation of access to the Challenge
- Removal from community groups, chats, or platforms
- Termination of participation without warning
No Refund Policy for Rule Violations
If a participant is removed from the LEDA Challenge due to violation of these Terms & Conditions or community rules, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
By registering, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Your payment does not guarantee continued participation if rules are violated
- Violations resulting in removal are final
- No partial or full refunds will be provided for disciplinary removal
Intellectual Property
All Challenge materials, trainings, videos, templates, and resources provided by LEDA are the intellectual property of LEDA and may not be copied, distributed, shared, or reproduced without written permission.

The LEDA Challenge is intended for educational and informational purposes only. Results are not guaranteed and will vary based on individual effort, consistency, and implementation.
Changes to Terms
LEDA reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the Challenge constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
