Latency is a big issue in live video – particularly if it’s two-way communication. It’s tough to have a conversation when you are waiting to hear the other person’s response to what you just said. Stream identified latency as a key issue when they were building their platform and tackled it by doing all steps of the process in-house so they could control the results.
