We’ve been talking a bit about Messenger Bots, and today we’ll be looking specifically at bots designed to get you better lead generation. Bots allow you to do a lot of things (like support) in a more automated way, which means your customers have a chance at the help they need faster than if they had to wait for a person to be available to help them. Super valuable for smaller businesses!
When we turn that to a lead generation goal, we get a bot that can help us build customer groups who are interested in what our businesses are all about. And those are always better than trying to sell to people who aren’t interested, right?
