We’ve been talking a lot about bots and all the things they can do for you. They’re great for furthering your marketing efforts. And part of that whole puzzle is plugging in email. You may already be using email in your marketing funnel (you should be!), but bringing bots into the picture can make it much more powerful!
At the most minimum, you can set up a bot that will deliver a freebie to prospective customers when they put a word like “checklist” in your Facebook comments. Setting this up through a bot lets people take advantage of your offer without leaving your live stream (or remembering to do it later).

One common mistake that I want you to avoid is offering something (like a checklist) for free, then ask for an email to deliver it to them. That will stop a lot of people. The email address makes it less free than your audience was probably thinking. You can set up your bot to provide an immediate download, and people will usually like that better. But, you can offer the option for email delivery (without making it the only choice) or you can give the initial offer to viewers without email, and then down the path when they trust you more, give them another offer in exchange for an email. Those are a couple options to keep in mind.
