Building buzz to support a launch

When you’re building to a big event, you’re probably wanting to build some buzz and excitement about what you’re doing. Whether it’s a new show, a rebranding, or some added element to an existing show or business, getting your audience excited about what you’re doing is key.

This week, David will be heading back to Orange County Choppers in New York. He’ll being helping them get their buzz going as they prepare to officially launch their Patreon page, and build some excitement about the idea of a new OCC show online.

There are a lot of pieces to this puzzle: An email list (which needs to be the RIGHT people, not just a long list of names), frequent live videos to get people excited about what’s coming, and coordinated social media plans to bring it all together. As you work to build buzz, make sure you’re using all the tools at your disposal – every piece brings in a different part of your audience.
